How to Make a Natural Banana Shake
Wow…You’re gonna love this one. A high speed blender will be optimal for this smoothie, but it can still work with a regular one.
- Soak a cup of raw almonds overnight (12-24 hours), then rinse thoroughly
- Combine in a blender with 4-5 dates (pits removed)
- 1 frozen banana
- About 1.5 cups clean cold water or raw coconut milk, & a couple ice cubes.
- Blend until as creamy as possible.
With a regular blender it won’t be perfectly creamy, but still probably good enough to put a smile on your face when you take the first drink. (You might want to chew the tiny pieces of almonds when you’re consuming this drink if you didn’t use a high speed blender).
